Standing in your power!

Standing in your power is about being true to you.
It is about waking up, seeing what is really going on and then taking time to reflect/meditate and then focus on how to bring about the best from within yourself and then others.
This world is about constant change.
Some of that change is not always what is best, however it will always continue unless we understand that we are the ones in control.
Destiny is what many believe to already be predetermined.

You are in control of every moment of your life.
You are responsible for you, for where you are right now and where you are going.
You are in control of your emotions and your thoughts.
sure others influence us, only when we allow them to.
Think about this for a moment: Every living being has exactly the same opportunities as another to succeed, to be all that they choose to be. So why is it that some succeed and some do not. I am not speaking of any particular success here such as being financially rich, i am speaking of whatever it is that you choose to have in your life.
Those who get on with life, who choose to step out side of the square and remain true to their hearts desires do at times face negativity, judgement and also feel as if they are not being heard.

Judgement is simply words. It comes from one persons belief about the world, their experiences.
Words are simply letters placed together and can never hurt you, while you stand in your truth.
Words only carry the power that the individual living being allows them to.

I have lived in fear just as many have but i have also come through to the other side to see there is no fear.
Fear is an emotion that only holds power over me, you and anyone when we believe in it.

What guides us in each and every moment is the emotions that we each place in the communication we are using.
Passion for example can come across from one person with enthuisam and fun, it can come across as serious from another and it can come across as negativity and even aggression. Each of those is alright when the listener is able to understand the message the person is conveying.
The presentation skills whilst important is not as important and the message being conveyed.

As we progress into this new and exciting year, we each have the power to stand in our own power. To stand tall in our truth and to be who we truly are choosing to be. While standing in our power we have the ability to grow in love and strength, to help others using the love we have and in turn change this world in a postive direction. We have the power within us to awaken every other living being on this earth.

Change comes from awakening others, critical mass awareness and all of this begins with ourselves and embracing the power we have, leading by example in all that we do.

Standing in your power is taking back your energy, gaining control over your emotions and placing your life and attitude into perspective that is right for you. The ripple effect of this is truly amazing to see.

Imagine for a moment true equality. No one fearing another living soul. Imagine just for a moment harmony and all of this comes from removing the blocks that have been placed in our way.
Embrace your true power.
Get plenty of rest so that you are alert and open to seeing reality.
Drink plenty of water so your body is running at it peak, your body is your vehicle here on earth, treat it well Smile

meditate
Clear your charka's which inturn balances your energy.
Take time in nature each day.
Change what you can about your life to bring you more in line with nature and your goals.
Most of all look at yourself each day with love and embrace that self love for the beauty that it is.
Laugh as often as you can and smile, it looks good on you.

Remember also that you are an amazing living being and it is your time to shine brightly.

True Awakening!

Here is a message i have recieved about awakening...
Come to me each and everyone of you.
Close your eyes, quieten your mind and breath deeply.
Feel the peace of love flow over you in complete fullness and know that in all you do you are safe
We are your guides and we shall guide you in all that you do. We hold your hand as you make the changes you wish to make in your own time.
Open your eyes and see all that the world offers you in abuandance. Allow peace to be your guide in all that you do in your life, for with love, laughter and lightness fear and worry is washed away.
You are safe and we have provided you with all that you require to achieve full awakening in light and love.

Thanks for sharing, it is time for true awakening.
Awakening is what will bring the changes that people need to see. Time to wake up, connect with nature and stand in your power as you have said.
