Reiki Healing

There are many types of Reiki being taught now. I am a Usui Reiki Master and Teacher and am have learnt much about myself and my bodies ability to heal as i use Reiki and other energy vibration work.

What is your experience with Reiki

I have found that Reiki brings me closer to my connection with God. A peaceful healing place where i am safe and can let go.

Do you teach Reiki also or do you just use it for yourself?

I found i moved away from Reiki at one point and i noticed a huge difference in my life and my physical body. It is like my body really became used to recieving that energy frequently.

Reiki is a matter of pure intent.
Find a quiet place to sit or lay and take the time to quieten your mind and body.
Taking a few deep breaths help with bringing forth this peace.
When you are ready you can connect with your guides and focus your intent on sending Reiki to whomever it is.
Reiki affects the person who is sending it along with the person recieving.
