I have decided that we should have an international hug day.
We always focus on the negative so why not shift that energy and focus on something positive Smile

So here is my idea.
On April 10 2010 give someone a hug. Ensure it is a big warm loving hug and share that amazing feel of being close to someone because you can.
If you are uncomfortable with giving someone a hug, that is ok a smile is a great start.

Please come back and share you experiences of reaching out and giving some one a hug, for reason other than you can Smile

This is all in the spirit of love, fun and sharing a positive moment.
