What does it mean to awaken? What changes when we awaken from the deep slumber? How do we feel? How do we percieve our world and others in it?

Everyone awakens in their own time and space. For some it is about teaching as they awaken and for others it is about sitting and reflecting along with reading and listening.

As people awaken having love and support around them is important even in the moments of stillness

For me, awakening was learning there was so much more than what we see with our eyes.
I learnt about feelings/emotions which I had supressed for many years.
When I let them go, I found something inside me I never knew I had.
I found I was a different person.
I am still learning about me.
My awakening has taught me that love and forgiveness are more precious than any other abundance I can think of.
