Here i will post a thought for the moment and maybe a question or two.

What we do, think and feel right now affects the next experience we ever have. If we always remembered that i feel our lives may be very different.

I know so many people are looking for that perfect image of themselves or someone else and yet if they just stopped and looked in the mirror and really saw the beauty that shines from within them, they would always see the beauty of others.

I have an amazing photo i took whilst in Canada last year of a lake and trees, the blessing is that it was there and i got to take that photo and treasure it, to see the beauty there. Had i not embrace the true beauty of life i would have missed that wonderous place nature has sitting there.

Jacqui, i really like this one about beauty.
I see the beauty of my wife and daughter everyday and it wasn't until a bit over a year ago that i really woke up and saw the beauty in everything around me.
I saw that previously where i had searched for freedom and felt the world was against me, all i had to do was stop and see that i created that situation.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder as they say as is freedom.

Canada is beautiful, what part have you visited?

Standing tall means that you embrace who you are. you accept all there is about you and you are strong in that believe.

Sounds good to me especially rest Smile

Meditation well that is a twice daily event now for me.

How often do you meditate? How often do you just quieten your mind and hear the birds sing, the wind blow and just be in this very moment?

even in the dark there is light, it may start as a slight flicker but as we reach out towards it our energy ignites the flame and our soul warms, as we embrace the warmth our body starts to feel again and in feeling we know we are alive and we start to heal......see the light, feel it's warmth, embrace it's energy - renew!
